Privacy Policy

This policy describes sergiogc.dev, enquiries received by email and the SuppleMate app by Sergio García Calero ("we", "the developer"). It is not a joint description of every product: RumFlow and other services with accounts or their own backend require product-specific privacy information, available in the corresponding product.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• We do not use trackers or advertising / data-selling SDKs.
• When an app stores personal information, its specific section explains whether it's stored locally on your device, in iCloud, or with a third-party service.
• In-app payments and subscriptions are always handled through Apple (StoreKit); we never have access to your payment data (card, billing).

SuppleMate uses local storage and optional private iCloud sync. This description must not be extended to RumFlow or other products with their own backend. The services involved in SuppleMate are described here and in its dedicated section.

• App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles app downloads, purchases, and subscriptions. We do not receive card, billing, or payment-detail data.
• iCloud and CloudKit. When an app offers sync and you choose to enable it with your Apple Account, data is stored in your private iCloud database. We do not have access to that database.
• Product lookups. In SuppleMate, a supplement search or barcode can be sent to Open Food Facts or DSLD (NIH) to retrieve product information. The request does not include your history or personal identifiers.
• Email. If you contact us, we process the information you include in your message solely to reply and handle your request.

sergiogc.dev is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, first-party forms, advertising, or browsing analytics, and it does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

• Hosting and delivery. The site is published through GitHub Pages and uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect traffic. These providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses and access logs, to provide and protect the service.
• External links. Links to the App Store, GitHub, LinkedIn, Apple Wallet, or other websites open services operated by third parties. Their use is governed by each provider's privacy policy.

• Replying to a request. When you contact us, we process the information in your message to reply; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a communication you started.
• App distribution. Downloads, purchases, and subscriptions take place within the relationship between the user and Apple. Their processing is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.
• Technical operation. The minimum technical data that hosting or external-resource providers may process is used to provide and secure their respective services.

• SuppleMate data. It remains on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own account. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete synced copies; their removal also involves the corresponding iCloud settings.
• Email messages. They are retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, comply with legal obligations or manage a claim.
• Technical data. External providers apply their own retention periods to logs strictly necessary to operate their services.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability of the data we process about you. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with your request.

If you believe your request has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

SuppleMate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website or our apps.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or functional changes. The last-updated date will always appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps or website after a change is published is governed by the current version.
